Manvendar Bhatti and Emily Brown were extremely understanding and personable from the start. They made me feel comfortable to discuss my injuries and the good communication between Slater and Gordon and myself made me feel reassured throughout the process. They explained each stage of the process very clearly and I was never made to feel like I couldn’t ask questions. Manvendar and Emily made a stressful situation for me, as easy as possible.
