Returned items and only part refunded
Returned items and only part refunded. Emailed and no response, no telephone number listed, searched Google and all associated numbers go to voicemail. Shocking lack of customer service. Edit: I can understand 24 hours to get back to me but an auto response to let you know your message had been received would be helpful. It's several days since the first refund so you can understand my concerns. 'Team' have been in touch - no apology - advice was that each order should have been sent in separate packages (my fault!) and, as the refund is automatic, it wouldn't have been credited. A week later a refund was made and advised via email of this - problem resolved, lesson learnt!
