Started off good/ went downhill fast.
Started off good, then as soon as the first POD was delivered, a 16 footer, it was obvious the 8 footer that was coming next was not big enough. Tried three times over a week to swap out the 8 footer with another 16 footer. Kept getting an overseas help desk. First guy just hung up on me. The next two, said not only wasn't there a 16 footer available, but another 8 footer was also not available. I ended up having to store several items in a storage unit. Which then caused me to have to fly back up to Spokane and rent a U-Haul truck and drive the 1800 miles back to Missouri. Then when we call to have the PODs delivered we get the BS story that this is a restricted area and we have to pay an additional $900+. In the end this cost more than if I'd had to just pay a moving company to do everything. Never again will I use PODs and I will never recommend any of my family or friends use PODS.
