DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!! absolute worst. They canceled our flight 3 days before Christmas and rescheduled us for December 28th and told us that's the earliest they have. Spoke to a representative at the airport named Amanda. She said she would get us and our baby on the next flight ( December 22nd) and said she would call me back with confirmation. Never called back, never booked us in. We had to pay for a hotel for 2 nights, called porters customer service 2 days in a row, they called me back both times at 1 am... real sketchy stuff I swear they call back at that time cause they know no one will answer. I called both times at 8 am and didn't get calls back until 1 am. Then when we finally got a new flight ( dec 23rd) all the planes were delayed without reasoning and they lost our baggage ( 3 bags) Let me remind you we have a baby so they even lost our carseat which made it impossible to leave the airport after our very late arrival. Worst company for flying ever. This company will not last at this rate.
