Exceedingly Dissatisfied.
Exceedingly Dissatisfied. I’ve often thought that the true test of a Company is not how well it works when things are going well, but how they deal with things when there is a problem. This particular Company with its much vaunted “Which Recommended Provider” notification has failed miserably in dealing with an increasingly intermittent WiFi issue. Numerous calls and emails have elicited little response, save for apologies and promises to call and deal with the problem. Fortunately being out of contract means I can move elsewhere. Doubtless, someone from their organisation will see this review and reply with further statements such as ‘sorry to hear this…’ etc, etc. Don’t bother.
