Late arrival ,nobody to meet us.
Arrived late due to flight delay, no-one at airport to meet us. Had to find a phone number to call at 11 pm. Booked online for "in airport " collection, it was a shuttle service. Car booked was a fiesta "type", 5 door manual. We got an automatic micra for 4 adults, 3 over 6 ft tall, 2 suitcases 4 small bags. We were to tired to complain and just wanted to travel the hour to our hotel. Funniest bit, taking the car back and the woman at the office saying leave the bags in the car I'll drive you to the airport departures . Tight fit. Stick to paying a bit more for genuine "in airport" car hire companies.There were a few cars in the compound, one was clearly better. Perhaps it was a ploy to upgrade for more money.
