After sales is terrible

I purchased a couch from these, it arrived in good time but the after sales has been awful. I’ve been trying to return it, all contact is via a WhatsApp message, they don’t reply to emails. It’s been ongoing since 12th October and still no return in sight. Updating this review 27/10/24: Comtact has been made, a collection arranged for 29/10 and I’ve paid for another couch to be delivered. Hopefully this will be sorted this week - I will update accordingly.
