Impressive attention to detail

From the moment I boarded, the premium economy experience felt thoughtfully designed. The seat configuration provides good privacy, and the tray table is actually large enough to work on a laptop comfortably. Crew remembered my drink preferences from earlier in the flight. The only downside was limited overhead bin space in the premium economy section.
