I bought a new lycamobile plan today…
I bought a new lycamobile plan today and trying to port in my old number. I entered everything that was asked on the form to port in my number and once I hit continue after filling the form, there is no any confirmation or anything that tells me that my information was submitted successfully. I don't know if the information i submitted is went through the system or not. And honestly their online chat needs a huge improvement. The waiting time is so annoying and i tried to contact on facebook but there also, no smooth communication, i have to wait for 10 minutes once i send a message , and another 10 minutes after another message. In my recent conversation, I waited 27 minutes for a message reply in social media. I recently had a conversation with Boost mobile and Mint mobile customer care representative, very prompt and painless communication. My question to Lyca is : Do you know how much is the average waiting time for the customers? I waited and waited and wasted my time waiting for the response. Lyca doesn't care about customers and no proper response even being a telecommunication company. I have a recorded pictures and videos of how much I had to wait and how frustrating it is . Unfortunately, trustpilot doesn't allow to post pictures and videos. Lyca needs improvement in customer service in providing the prompt reply to the customers. UPDATE: After almost 2.5 hours of conversation (I had to wait more than 30 minutes each time i sent a message on facebook) I sent my port-information and it didn't take even 10 minutes to transfer my number and activate my sim. Just because of carelessness, and just because of their irresponsiveness customers, late response and all , customers are having trouble. If they had responded to my message in time, I would have save my 2 hours.
