Great customer service
If you want a company you can call on the phone, speak to a human without waiting an age and have somebody helpful call you back then Rebel Internet is the way to go. I originally switched from BT to EE which I instantly regretted, almost impossible to speak to anyone unless you join a minimum 30 minute queue and even then you will be lucky to get the answer you need. Luckily I cancelled within the 14 days and switched to Rebel having read the reviews here. Slightly more expensive than some but for me it is worth it for the level of customer service I have recieved. Straight through on the phone and somebody will call you back if needed. I had an issue with my Sonos equipment and they spent an age on the phone to me trying to sort it out even though it was not technically their issue. Good luck with that with one of the big ISP's
