I bought 8 items and received 3. I am out $180 unless p pal can reimburse me. Items were promised to arrive before Christmas and came mid-January. The company gave a tracking number but the mailing package was made of a plastic envelope and too small for all items. In fact, the items received were in damaged boxes. I filled out my order for items to be sent to my niece's home, but the company changed the shipping address to my address without consulting me. I wrote the company and asked if items could be sent to another location if first location did not work for them and the company did not respond. I called and no one called me back. The company's automatic updates said the items were immediately sent but tracking shows otherwise. I think the 2 of 7 Stanley cups which I received, which were in banged up beyond repair boxes, look good. These cups do not look like my other Stanley cups but appear they may work the same. The decanter set came in a banged up box, but items in the set were okay. The decanter is smaller than I thought, but the glasses in the set are bigger. Obviously, the decanter set is strong as it did not break in the mail. I think the decanter seat was gift worthy. I am disappointed not all items came. I think the company is trying to rip me off because it gave me no updates and no other tracking numbers. I do not recommend this business due to my experience. The company never returned my December calls or emails. This is based on my one experience and my opinion only. If you buy from this company, screen shot as you go. Take pictures of everything you order, your order number, and your receipt.
