I’ve had the worse experience with these guys they lied and did a fraud somehow. I phoned them to ask about a property which I viewed dnd was told there was a higher offer than mine which I then place another offer which was the highest and the following day they phoned to say sorry ur offer has been rejected and we have gone with someone’s who’s offer is lower which I found pathetic and they wouldn't put me through to a manager and got deposit of some other buyers. My concerns are why wuld they reject a higher offer and go with a low offer 🤔 at the end of they they just fraud and liers and waste of time.
