Two stars until they fix the scope-change flow
The platform is genuinely innovative and I want to like it more than I do. But the scope-change workflow mid-job is broken enough to cost me real money in idle time. Waiting for client app confirmation while I'm standing in their basement with a burst pipe is not acceptable. The fixed-fee model needs an expedited override path for emergencies. Dropping to two stars until that's addressed.
