I have been a travel consultant for just over 2 years with The Travel Franchise. Wow, what a two years it has been! I have to say it's no easy task starting your own business. Whilst joining The Travel Franchise does make life a lot easier with the benefit of having a large business behind you, it does not replace the need for hard work and personal determination to drive your business on to success. Being part of The Travel Franchise has been an absolute god send for me. I am surrounded by experienced time served professionals who offer real support and genuine advice from people who have been there and done it. My Business Development Managers have been nothing short of amazing and always on hand with encouraging words and advice. The Travel Franchise business is well established with dedicated departments focused on helping you sell more holidays and grow your business. Marketing produce high quality graphics and campaigns ready to go so all you need to do is copy and post. It saves hours of time putting together your own content. Trade deliver fantastic deals with lots of exclusive offers that really help you to make an impression in your marketplace. Support are always on hand to assist when that little bit of expert knowledge is needed. Then you have the training and experience trips. I have found the training so impactful, I literally rush home and start making big changes. Implementing all the new things I have just learnt always to great effect. I have been on two experiences so far paid for by the Franchise, the first to Fuerteventura and the second to Mauritius. There are more to come, I just need to find the time to fit them all in! From selling holidays in my spare time to now setting a date to leave my full time employment and become my own boss, my journey has only been possible with the support I've received form the whole team at The Travel Franchise.
