ALDI’s Hopeless Website ALDI’s online presence is hopeless
ALDI’s online presence is hopeless. Their website is useless. Typed in “ Chicken breast Fillets” and then “Chicken Breast” and it came up with 2 varieties of chicken flavoured biscuits!!! I wanted the price of a pack of chicken breast fillets as I am a comparative shopper! But I got nowhere … just wasted my time and got frustrated. ALDI really needs to improve their website to make it user friendly and informative for customers. At present their website reflects a very minimalist approach to dealing with customer enquires, particularly in 2023!!!
