Yes I had made an initial call to inquire about an international insurance coverage for myself. Being totally ignorant of the whole subject William Bach spent the time and effort to, will call it to educate me in the subject of international insurance policies. William is extremely knowledgeable of this subject and was able to share his expertise with me so that I was able to make a determination on what type of policy would fit my needs. Poor William had to receive many calls from me and had to help me through the process step by step because on top of it I’m old and kind of computer illiterate. William was alway nice, patient and very considerate with me. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. William Bach in my opinion is a definite asset to the Cigna Management Team. He is definitely 100% committed to Cigna Insurance Co. and is proven to go beyond the 100 percent levels to achieve a very positive outcome for the company.
