No replacement parts.
I'm a long-time customer and have always been happy with my experiences until now. 3 years ago I purchased an Easy Home 2000watt vacuum cleaner. The manual says I may have to purchase new filters every few months depending on use. It is only now I need a new HEPA filter for it. I called Tempo (who are supposed to sell me parts for it according to the manual) and they have NO parts for it. Zilch. Nada. What am I supposed to do? Throw it away? This is very poor service.
