Still happy with the professional attitude of SA compared to other airlines. Love their Generous check-in by weight concept

Not the worst but still terrible

Not as worst as Vietjet but Vietnam Airlines failed much in several areas. For eg, experienced terrible check-in service in TSN Airport where the staff showed rude unprofessional behavior when hand carry luggage exceeded and demanded i buy the checked uggage in a rowdy manner. Seats are old and worn out, plane took off without warning at the turn. Pretty dangerous with this type of pilot.
