The product received was the ugliest product I've ever seen. It was supposed to be special and beautiful - a gift for my brother. the family laughed and said it was the uggliest mug they have ever seen. It is advertised as being a mineral encased mug - but was an ugly plastic reproduction - not even the color that I ordered.
