Low quality service
Low quality service, untrained employees. The stewarts at the shops are mostly unaware of rules or costs, therefore when asking for a return, for example, it happens that they don't mention about charges. In my case, I returned an item at their shop the day after purchase, without even opening it; they were trying without success to process the refund on the same credit card used for the purchase, so I had to give an IBAN, then much worse they said the full amount would be credited, while after few days I discovered 10chf were deducted (on a full amount of 45chf). I guess they don't spend the money to train their staff properly. The customer service isn't any better, as they only claimed that this is written on a web page inside their website. I did the return in their physical shop and not on their website, so for me that is not a significant excuse.
