POS CRASHES
I signed up for Northmill’s point-of-sale system because I was told it would support my business. From the very first day it has not worked properly – constant crashes, frozen screens, and failed transactions right in front of my customers. I contacted support many times. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told it must be my internet connection, even though I tested it on multiple networks and other systems work perfectly. Months later, the system is still unusable, yet I continue to be charged every month. When I asked to cancel the agreement, I was told I could not. I also requested records of my support calls and reports so I could show what went wrong, but Northmill has not provided them. As a small business owner, this has been extremely costly and stressful. I cannot recommend Northmill to anyone — their POS solution failed from day one, and their response has been to continue billing without delivering a working product.
