the worst customer experience
Very unprofesionall and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I paid higher price in which night service was included but when I arrived office was closed. Even that other companies waited for their customers. Only Auto union was closed. It was very very inconvenient for us as it was very late in the night. There was no busses to the city and it was hard to catch the taxi to our hotel. It is not all. Company's employee assured me that my car will wait for me the next day in the morning. I would like to underline that It was not easy for us to come back to the airport the next day as our hotel was far away from the airport and it took us some time and money to come back to the airport next day. Anyway we came for the airport on 10.30 am but the 'AutoUnion" office was closed ! And the employee keep sending me message about new and more late time of his arrival. I do not recommend this company!
