Damaged paintwork, arrogant, incompetent staff

Took my car for wash and asked the guy if they could sponge down the bird droppings on the roof before going in, cos it seemed to be sticky. They must have spayed rubbish on the car, because coming out it looked like it has been washed in milk. Bird droppings remained on roof, and all four doors lost the gloss finish, with a rough sandy texture. Spoke to the guy straightaway, pretty clueless, he has never seen anything like it -or so he says, and I’m told its my fault that I asked for a “special spray treatment” + I have the wrong colour car (red). He tried to wipe it down to no avail, so he simply said it will wash away with time, there is nothing he can do. So I asked him to send me back again to the wash and see, to which he said “you pay you go love”. Then his colleague comes out and right into my face yelling at me to go away, ready to punch me. There was no argument previously whatsoever! I’m a women alone with my 2 young children watching us. He yells they don’t deal with complaints, and damages are not their business. I’m told sarcastically to call their “amazing customer line”, now I know what he meant. Customer service is non-existent. Customer phone line has 5 menus, each hanging up after 10seconds. Emails are not picked up for obvious reasons. In the end I sat in my car trying to call the police, when the old man comes to my window and threatens me in the company of my children that there won’t be any police here, but I will go away now, and I’d better not come back to the area (O2 mall car park with Sainsbury’s, cinema etc) because he will remember me and my car and worst things will happen.” A bunch of cowboys, top-down, no training, no responsibility, no clue.
