Exceptional Customer Service
I had lost the key to the van around 8.30 on a sunday morning of all days! I called the Hire Me office not expecting the call to be answered and the owner of the company (Shahid) answered the phone. I explained the situation and he allowed me to go and collect a replacement key subject to a deposit which I was happy to pay. The van was due back at 9 a.m. I returned it at 10.15 a.m.and expected to have to pay for another days hire. Under the circumstances, Shahid kindly waived the additional days hire. I really didnt expect this kind of empathy and understanding from a modern day large outfit like Hire Me. Shahid, you are a true gentleman and I just wanted to say thank you as well as letting your customers know that you run an excellent business! Best Wishes and every success for the future.
