Great Staff
We have a package booked for next April where we fly to Miami, spend 2 nights there and then sail back to the U.K. We weren’t happy with the hotel that had been allocated so Farah got us a better hotel. We’ve always been happy with Cruise1st but have never had any issues before. It’s when there is a problem that you see the true worth of a company and Farah certainly went the extra mile to get us something we were happy with. And, she kept us informed and updated regularly. Very happy
