Horrible treatment by Roompot
We had made a reservation by Landal GreenParks a subsidiary at Hochwald Germany. But we wanted to alter it to Heideheuvel Netherlands, we emailed them and they advised us to call their service center. We phoned, phoned and phoned at last we got our message across, but the line broke. After that we phoned them numerous times only to hear to call later. We let them a complaint by email at their service center. In all those years in which we are a client at Landal we never had this horrible experience. So we decided to go to trust pilot.
