Avoid at all costs
I was a little late starting my course due to an ongoing health issue. When I started in August, I submitted my first assignment mid-August this year. After a few weeks of my assignment not being marked I contacted the customer service team as they advise “all assignments are marked within 7 working days”. After a month, I contacted their complaints team as my tutor had also not responded to any of my emails. I was told that this tutor was no longer with the company and I’d be getting a new one. After less than a week, the second tutor had also left the company. It has now been 10 weeks since I submitted my assignment, I am on my third tutor and it has STILL not been marked! I have been emailing back and forth with the customer service team, who either offered an 8 week extension to my course or to cancel it with no reimbursement. This is entirely unacceptable as the company do not care about the education of their students, only the money they are receiving. If you want prompt responses from your tutors and great customer service, do not use Stonebridge.
