I am the last guy who leaves behind any feedback but in this case I am delighted to do so. I am a professional portfolio landlord over 10 years now. I have so far managed tenants handson and hence I understand the complexity of Tenancy laws and landlord responsibility. This is the first occasion I have handed over my Bracknell property to Prospects under all sorts of apprehensions to fully manage. However, I could not be any more assured and delighted that Prospects gave me Ms. Beckie Baxter as my senior property manager to look after my property and tenants. It is this kind of passion for work and professionalism that makes great business. Beckie not only does what she needs to do but will go every extra mile to ensure things were taken careof. I recently even received an email reply at 6.12 AM from her ! Thank you Beckie and I look forward to work with you in 2022 as well.
