Horrible experience aggressive bully…
Horrible experience aggressive bully shop assistant in premier Post office convenient store Glastonbury Road bury st edmunds. I was collecting a parcel day after parcelforce delivery, He told me off for not collecting it sooner... they have no space. I explained parcel force told me the shop would hold it up to 2 weeks...He got defencive and aggressive and bullish and tried to intimidate... I told him he was a rude man and renound for being rude...he called me a child. then he told me to get out and not come back. I got my parcel and as I was leaving he called me a racist.... I turned around and asked why and what whats his name... he said I'm not telling you get out. I was very upset and put in an official complaint. Has anyone else had similar experiences in this shop.
