Nitecore HQ refuses to honor warranty for documented zipper failure
I am a military reservist who trusted Nitecore for my tactical gear, but my BP23 Pro suffered a complete zipper failure. Nitecore HQ offered a resolution for the failure (Case #1109679853794433), yet they are now dragging their feet and refusing to follow through with a fair solution. They redirected me to their 'Official' AliExpress store, which offered a laughable $10 discount for a failed $150 bag. Nitecore’s 'Lifetime Warranty' is a hollow promise. They ignore final emails and refuse to stand behind their own proposed solutions. If you need gear that actually works and a brand that has integrity, look elsewhere. Absolute failure of customer support.
