Servers can't handle it
Dear venues and artists - this company cannot handle the server traffic, and you can see from the other reviews here that they will not take good care of your fans/customers. Find someone else to sell your tickets for you. And make them prove that they can handle your traffic. I just spent an hour and half trying to get tickets to Bonnaroo, and received 10-15 error messages at various stages along the way, only to be bumped back to the back of the line each time. For $25 service fee I expect more.
