I had a minor issue allocating an e-sim to someone, and it was resolved in seconds. Contacting a live agent via WhatsApp was super easy and he was polite and responsive. This is the way to go when travelling in Europe. BTW, I love that JetPac doesn't meter usage with Google Maps and WhatsApp!
