We always use Lava with no troubles and we trust them
I arrived very stressed as I couldn't find my driving licence. Thankfully Lava accepted a photograph of it and the additional driver had her license with her. The staff member was very kind, calming and reassuring me. We received an upgrade to an MG from a Yaris although this car did have some irritating foibles, but it was a comfortable drive and a good size.
