Lies and wasted time
They came to the house and wasted our time. We agreed to have them come out to give an estimate on screens for our windows. We were very clear that windows were not needed, only screens. The next day they call to verify the appointment for windows. When I confirmed that it was only for the screens, they said they don't do that and the windows would have to be replaced. To make an appointment with false information to try to make a sale is crazy.... even if I needed work done, it certainly wouldn't be through them.
