Poor workmanship and customer service
This Company was supposed to have cleaned roof, replaced any broken tiles, seal it and offered 10 year guarantee for my papas roof. The roof hasn’t even been done a year. It is leaking in the same place as it did before, the sealant is already starting to come off. Contacted the company and was told it was storm damage. They apparently came and checked it when my papa wasn’t at home. An independent company has advised that it’s not storm damage. No response to letters of complaint. Nearly £10,000 paid. £7500 paid for the church building attached to the house and £2500 for my papas house. Receipts to prove it. I have sent over my papas contact details for you to discuss further and then I’ll be happy to amend negative review. I’m not getting into an argument with you on a public forum. If you had responded to the emails directly made to your customer service department there would have been no negative review left. You have only requested the independent review this morning and this will be sent over in due course. As for the sealant that is already coming off, is that storm damage also or is that covered by your guarantee?
