Never picked up my parcel.
Never picked up my parcel then said it was my fault. Thankfully Pay Pal got my money back. Now they try to say I was sending a prohibited item! It was a letter from a bank, sent by post, which needed to be forwarded to relatives in South Africa. The post office had no trouble posting it to me! However WPS couldn’t take it to SA despite initially taking my money! And no, the terms were not clear and in any event it was not until I contacted them about non-collection that they suddenly came up with this prohibited item excuse by which time I had already paid for the service!! Indeed it did contain a card but no PIN number so could not have been used. Furthermore it was POSTED to me via a POSTAL SERVICE. You profess to offer an alternative and then produce spurious restrictions to avoid carrying out that service. It was hardly crack cocaine or an M16 assault rifle was it? How dare you question my honesty. Any more of this tit for tat name calling and you will be hearing from my lawyers! I will never use you again and having seen your petulant outbursts on here, neither will anyone else thinking of using your “service”. You have never answered why I had to contact you to find out why no one had turned up to collect the parcel? You would have kept my money had I not got back to you and queried it. You should have immediately returned my money and told me you could not carry this package because of your petty rules not waited until I queried it. So no, I retract nothing. Your service was unacceptable. I did not see the alleged restriction until you raised it after the event. Frankly that is not good enough and you know full well it isn’t. Hiding stuff away in small print and expecting the average private customer to wade through thousands f words if script is not alerting your customers to its existence. You have still not answered how bank cards are supposed to be sent to customers if not by a postal service??? Without a pin you know full well that such a card is unusable. I have said my peace. This is my review and I stand by it.
