Using Voom in endurance training
I really like the orange and lime energy bars and found them to be good, the berry caffeine ones can be a bit strong on the gut if using during long endurance events. I found the recovery drink tasty and the beetroot bars were very good, but they are expensive. Overall the bars pack more carbs than gels, I’d describe them like a fruity Kendal mint cake without the mint flavour.
