Beware the mystery box..
I was stupidly tempted to order the mystery box. I know it is a mystery and nothing is guaranteed, but in the example they had 4 items as an example ( top, bottom, t shirt and hat). I thought it may be exciting to "gift" myself something unexpected. I received on pair of winter pants and a huge tshirt. It does align with the expectation created. ( 2 vs 4 items) Not a deal at all. In retrospect, I am not sure how this is actually managed. I think the quality of their clothing is excellent, but will never fall for such a special again. Buyer beware. I guess I had secretly hoped for a pattered legging, like the example. It is a misalignment of expectation vs reality. The order was severely delayed, but the customer service was good. They did support me ( a bit snarky at first, but very well later on. The quality is excellent but this will be my last order from them.
