Exceptional customer service
As part of my never-ending electricity supply issues with meters, meter readings, billing, there is one bright light in my dealings with Good Energy; they answer the phone, respond promptly to emails, take the trouble to listen to the problems, and try to resolve them. Most recently, Matt (Home Team C) was unfailingly polite, personable, and really engaged with the latest debacle (Smart meter gone dumb, again, after power outages), booking in the meter company to get things resolved as soon as possible. All after the 5pm end of business cut-off. I am not holding my breathe, but at least Matt's cheerful approach and practical response boosted my mood. To be honest, I stay with Good Energy despite the very high prices because the quality of service trumps any other provider I have used. As a small company they seem to understand how important this is when things go wrong.
