I needed to change my flight details, route and ticket and Travel Junction [TJ] made it really easy. They were professional, knowledgeable and I could almost always speak to the same person. Tony was really polite, knew what he was doing and always called me back with the best offer and details. It was easy to get back in touch with him. His manner was calm, polite and I felt I was being managed by someone who cared and did his best to find me the best deal he could.
