Pav who was the day to day contact provided me regular updates and managed the viewings and providing feedback promptly, They quickly worked through the chain to unblock any issues. They also partner with Davidson Law in Leamington Spa. I have say Aymer the Solicitor was very responsive and kept me abreast of the status and also chased down through the chain with regards to the other parties solicitors who can be challenging, ref speed to act.
