Replacement Thermostat
One of my Salus Quantum thermostats was not connecting to my network. Phoned up and we went through setting up protocol still no joy. Sent me new one within a couple of days no questions asked. As I always say, problems always arise but it is the way they are dealt with that counts and Trust handled the problem so well. I wish more companies were like them.
