Defective Part
I purchased a trunk applique for my Model Y which I was very happy with. The applique had a defect once applied. I contacted Evannex, explained the situation, sent pictures and spoke to customer service. Bottom line is they were exceptionally helpful. I spoke with Eric, who explained the warranty and asked to send pics. Upon receipt of the pics, Evannex provided a full replacement of the part. I was happy with the ease in contacting the company, the customer service they provided, the quality and appearance of the part I ordered, and ultimately the satisfaction of the issue I had. I will be ordering from them again. My experience with Evannex was so much better than most experiences I've had with online retailers, especially when there was a problem. Thank you!
