Another Problem from Allegro Medical’s Customer No Service!
Another Problem from Allegro Medical..I just ordered 2 item on the last “flash sale” with free shipping no minimum just before midnight. I bought one brand of disposable protective undergarments. (I’m trying to find the best ones for me) Then during checkout, I was thinking offered a few ones I had looked at on the site, but slightly discounted with my order. I had been trying to decide on them, so I decided why not try them. So added them to my order. The next day I got an email that the added item had shipped. But in the wrong size. So I immediately emailed them. I received them the next day along with their reply. Which was not helpful. This is Pasted in entirety “Hello-The order has already processed. It is too late for us to make changes to it. In the future, please contact us by phone to cancel or change an order. E-mails can take a few days to obtain a response and on the phone, they can address the situation immediately giving the best chance for success-Thank you-Patti-Allegro Medical” I replied with a request for return authorization. And a reminder of their return policy on unused opened packages. (That I’ve returned at multiple places especially when they send me the wrong size) But to only be completely ignored by customer service. This will be my last order, as every order, SOMETHING IS WRONG. Every time, I wonder why I fell for a stupid marketing email, again for “free shipping.” I know sometimes things happen I order online a lot, but no where else do they refuse to fix their own mistakes!! Order elsewhere!!!! Anywhere is better than here!
