Can’t believe what we’ve had to go through
Paid a substantial amount of money for a great pergola also paid thousand pounds for installation. Paid over 2k for a beautifully tiled new area for the pergola to be fitted. Professional job confirmed several times it would be perfect for the pergola to be fitted. Rang the amazing customer care team to confirm dimensions etc. Perfect. The big day comes installers arrive and refused to install it because they “don’t think it will look good” “if it was my garden no I wouldn’t do it” “cut this tile up here it will make it easier for me to fit” I asked can you fit it without cutting the tile? He said yeah but I would rather you cut the tile. Paid someone to come and cut up my beautiful brand new tiled patio and then rang them back to say yes come and install it now we’ve done what you said. AND THE COMPANY ARE DEMANDING ANOTHER 1000 pounds. The installers left us with all the pergola in bits and shrugged and drove off saying we won’t even get paid for today. I’m now out of pocket stressed out damaged my floor and have a beautiful pergola in peices in the garden. Distressed isn’t the word. My garden was perfect for the pergola fitting as confirmed over the phone many many times. Ryan and Tia in customer service fantastic confirmed they would delay the delivery of my pergola until my base was perfect always very happy to help. Spoken to my credit card company and they’ve advised that they will be happy to revoke to payment as the service paid for was not delivered.
