Mmmmm, Not so Much! Not intuitive, too complicated
The iDrive user interface is not intuitive and the tutorials, while somewhat helpful, are not as clear and detailed as I would like. The size of the storage is good for the price but I will likely not renew. Thank goodness I used a credit card that expires before the renewal date as many reviews indicate it is very difficult to cancel the service. Not impressed. If they could improve the interface and simplify the processes I might be convinced to stay. But this is doubtful given that I first tried iDrive back in 2016 and the interface seems about the same now as it was then. MY RECOMMENDATION: Use a different Cloud backup service! ALSO, iDrive should take a look at Carbonite's interface for some ideas on simplicity of use. Carbonite has a few hiccups as well but it's very intuitive and easy to use for both uploading data and downloading stored data when you need it. Very simple!
