We recently booked a flight to Perugia on Esky. No boarding passes issued and difficulty booking seat numbers and baggage which we finally had to pay roughly another £150 in total on top of our £264 already paid tickets and there is nowhere on the website to cancel the tickets as we are totally dissatisfied.
