Quoted £145. They took (and kept) £550

Hired a van. Informed £125.00 + £20.00 waiver. Deposit of £250.00. Returned the van in the condition it left the lot. They took £550.00! It has been 8 days and no refund. Plenty of excuses, but not a penny returned to my account.
