Excellent service from Incognito Anti-mosquito
Ordered a number of Incognito products from their website for a holiday on Wednesday afternoon - we were departing that weekend and I was worried it wouldn't reach us in time so booked the courier option. I received email confirmation of the transaction and rang the company the next day to check it would arrive on the Friday because we where flying out early on Saturday morning! Not only did the nice women put my mind at rest, she advised me to ensure someone was in at the time of delivery so that it wouldn't be returned to the depot! She also informed me to read the tips & instructions on how to use the products! The package arrived first thing on Friday morning. Also none of us got bitten from any insect whilst we were away in Thailand using the items.
