Extremely Poor Service
Extremely Poor Service – Parcel Delayed for a Month If I could give zero stars, that would be more accurate. My parcel was stuck at security for an entire month, and neither Parcel ABC nor FedEx were able to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. Agata repeatedly sent automated responses without offering any real assistance. The parcel was never received, and no refund has been offered. It feels like they've just stolen my money. I strongly advise against using their services.
